What is Admin Alert?


oAdmin Alert is a notification to let you know there is a problem with your account. Most of the time, it is related to a payment not reaching us. If a bill is unable to process, when trying to access a webpage, it will pull up a message from us letting you know "an alert has been placed on your account" and to contact Fybercom. By clicking "close this message" you can continue using the internet for around 6 hours. After that time, the message will pop up again, and you will have to acknowledge it again to continue using web. This will last up to 72 hours. After 72 hours, internet will be shut off until the bill is paid. If you aren't seeing admin alert, you can use "test.fybercom.net" to confirm whether or not an alert has been placed on your account. To resolve the alert, you can call us at our office or pay using the online portal at fybercom.net
