What if I can't pay on my due date?


oIs your bill past due? Admin Alert will allow you 72 hours to continue using your web, even if the bill hasn't been paid. If you cannot pay for longer than 72 hours, we have a set of policies on payment extensions. Each type of extension can only be used once every 90 days. Admin Alert is bypassed completely while extensions are active. 5 Day Extension - Every customer is allowed a 5 day extension every 90 days. 15 Day Extension - A 15 day extension may be applied by paying 25% of your bill up front. 30 Day Extension - A 30 day extension may be applied by paying 50% of your bill up front. Extended Payment Arrangement - Any payment arrangement longer than 30 days requires working directly with a billing manager.
